Many states require charities that solicit funds from the public to register with the state agency regulating charities. Although a copy of our financial report is available by writing to Wildlife Conservation Society, 2300 Southern Blvd., Bronx, NY 10460, or by calling 718-741-1825, certain states require us to advise you that a copy is also available from them.

Colorado: Colorado residents may obtain copies of registration and financial documents from the office of the Secretary of State, 303-894-2200, x4, http://www.sos.state.co.us/ re: Reg. No. 91-085. Florida: SC No. 000643. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE, WITHIN THE STATE, 1-800-HELP-FLA, OR VIA THE INTERNET AT www.FloridaConsumerHelp.com. Georgia: A full and fair description of the programs and activities of the Wildlife Conservation Society and its financial statement are available upon request at the address indicated above. Illinois: Contracts and reports regarding the Wildlife Conservation Society are on file with the Illinois Attorney General. Maryland: For the cost of postage and copying, documents and information filed under the Maryland charitable organizations laws can be obtained from the Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, 1-800-825-4510 within the state.
