Workplace Giving

Corporate Support
Wildlife Conservation Society's Corporate Membership Plan has many benefits to offer your company and its employees and their families. Benefits vary depending on the size of the donation. One of the most popular benefits is free admission to different WCS facilities, on designated dates, for all employees. Currently over 150 corporations support the programs of WCS including Chase Manhattan Bank, The Walt Disney Company, Merrill Lynch and Co., Toyota, Ford, and Consolidated Edison Company of New York.

Employees can double or triple the value of their gift to WCS through their company's matching gift program. Please see your company's Personnel Office for details. In addition, you may give to WCS through a payroll deduction program called Earth Share. Please refer to your Workplace Giving Guide for the participating Earth Share agencies in your campaign and instructions on making a gift.

For more information on corporate giving programs, please contact Dale Brooks at 718-220-6891.

Foundation Support
Foundations (private, family, and corporate) provide critical general operating support that enables WCS to carry out its mission to save wildlife, teach ecology, and inspire care for nature around the globe. Grants from hundreds of foundations, including the Edward John Noble Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Pew Charitable Trust, and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, have been instrumental in supporting the five New York facilities and special programs such as environmental education for children, wildlife health, research exhibits, field projects and equipment.

For more information on opportunities for foundation support, please contact Lisa Synoradzski at 718-220-6891.
