Zoobrary NEW!

We’re handing out Zoobrary cards to all 4- to 6-year-old animal story enthusiasts and budding book connoisseurs. In this page-turning three-session program, our zealous Zoobrarian will be on hand to help you and your child “check out” a herd full of colorful and creative wildlife-themed books. Storybook characters will come alive as children meet a snake that should definitely not wear clothing, a frog that wonders what it looked like when it was a baby, and a duck that giggles and quacks. Finally, to record their zoo experiences, children will create their very own picture book in which they become the stars. Visits to the Zoobrary are sure to inspire beginning and young readers to go wild about books.
