Gorilla Kindergarten

Wide-eyed Suki, playful Pierrepont, and inquisitive Nyasha.  These are just three of the spirited gorilla youngsters born at the Bronx Zoo.  In fact, since its opening in 1999, the Congo Gorilla Forest has experienced a real baby boom with the births of eight bouncing baby gorillas. In this playful program, your 5- to 7-year-old will perform Gorilla Charades to learn how gorillas communicate, solve some primate puzzles, and find out the differences between monkeys and apes.  And best of all, children will explore the Congo Gorilla Forest in search of our primate toddlers and their doting moms.
